Evolution #1

After eating doughnuts and chocolate, we all successfully managed to all create a canvas where creatures randomly appeared and moved about. In our next meeting we’ll work on giving these creatures natural movement.


Today we will begin our evolution simulator game. In future meetings, we hope to get to a stage where we can spend our time looking at new features to add or reviewing each others code, but for now we will start from scratch like we did with Pong to get everyone familiar with the basics of the JavaScript canvas.

From now on, it would be best that we develop using a code editor or IDE. I recommend VSCode, however feel free to use whatever you are familiar with.
